    Priority Explanations
    Urgent = please fix ASAP, even if service must be scheduled during the night. This typically pertains to health and safety issues.

    Critical = please fix within 24 hours. This typically will include Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing issues.

    Essential = please fix during our stay. This pertains to any other issues that are creating a problem for you during your stay.

    Routine or FYI = please plan to fix before the next guest arrives, but would prefer not to be bothered during our stay.

    Priority (Please tell us the priority of this request using the guidelines above. This will help us to meet your expectations, and to plan our work with minimal disruption to you).

    Permission to Enter?
    I understand that you will need to enter the property to repair the problem. I give my permission to enter, even when I'm not present, for maintenance personnel to address the issue. We want you to enjoy your vacation. Because we often cannot set a specific time to do repairs, and we don't want you to waste your valuable time waiting for us, we'd like to take care of your problem as quickly as we can. If you select no, then please understand that your repairs may be delayed.
